Reception Team (Maternity Cover)  - Hoburne Blue Anchor - Minehead

Right next to the beach and in the heart of the countryside, Hoburne Blue Anchor holiday park in Somerset is now looking for a new Reception Team

At Hoburne Blue Anchor we pride ourselves on achieving the highest standards at our Somerset based Holiday Park and would love for you to join our team if you have the experience and passion we are looking for.

The successful receptionist candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and multi-task where necessary.

The successful receptionist candidate responsibilities may include:

  • Providing phone cover for the main reception desk
  • Check in customers, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and courteously
  • Taking bookings and payments for holidays
  • Cash handling for reception and end of day reconciliation
  • Ensuring the Reception area always remains tidy and presentable
  • Dealing with any general enquiries relating to park issues (i.e. maintenance etc.)
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative items such as post, filing, photocopying, typing etc.

The successful receptionist candidate will benefit from:

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
