Seasonal Reception Team Member - Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, Hampshire

Between the beach and the New Forest, there's always loads to do at Hoburne Naish holiday park in Hampshire and it is an exciting time to join the team as a Seasonal Reception Team Member (Part-Time)

Hoburne Naish enjoys an enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose Awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” by the English Tourist Board.  The Park covers more than 100 acres and enjoys almost 1,000 yards of cliff frontage with unrivalled views to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay.

For Hoburne Naish to retain its reputation within the Holiday Industry we must continue to offer the highest standards in facilities, accommodation and service and we are now looking for a Seasonal Reception Team Member (Part-Time) to join our team.

The successful applicant should ideally have some reception experience, but this is not essential. They will be the initial point of contact for enquiries from customers.  This role will require a punctual and reliable person, with a flexible attitude, common sense and a ‘hands’ on approach to their work.

The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:

  • A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task where necessary

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

As a member of staff, you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year (for a full-time member of staff).

If you think you have the experience, skills and attributes we are looking for, please e-mail your C.V. and covering letter.
