Reception Team Member - Hoburne Bashley, New Milton

Hoburne Bashley, a 100-acre wooded country estate on the edge of the New Forest National Park and close to some of the south's best beaches, is now recruiting for Reception Team.

Hoburne Bashley enjoys the enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” with 5 stars by the English Tourism Council. We would love for you to join our friendly team if you have the passion we are looking for as a member of the Reception Team.

We have both Full and Part-time vacancies available on both Permanent and Seasonal contracts.

The successful applicant should ideally have some reception experience, though this is not essential and will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from customers.  This role will require a punctual and reliable person, with a flexible attitude, common sense and a ‘hands’ on approach to their work.

The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:

  • A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task where necessary

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

As a member of staff, you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year -including 8 public holiday days (for a full-time member of staff)

If you think you have the experience, skills and attributes we are looking for, please e-mail your C.V. and covering letter.
