Customer Service Team Member - Christchurch

Located on the outskirts of Christchurch, Hoburne head office is now looking for a Customer Service Team to join their friendly team.

The Hoburne office at Christchurch supports our 8 holiday parks, 3 golf clubs, Decking, Property and Developments business.  Our businesses are focussed on delivering the best customer service we can to our retail customers, as well as offering the best ‘internal’ customer service to our operations and ensure we offer a professional and timely service. We encourage our staff to have a ‘can do attitude’ to ensure things happen and our promise to our customers is helping them ‘create memories to treasure’ when experiencing any of the Groups products.

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our Central Bookings team based at Hoburne Group Support Services on the outskirts of Christchurch.

You will need to be computer literate with good keyboard skills and have a warm and friendly personality. 

The ideal candidate will require the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT

Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.  Product knowledge training will be given.

The role will involve 37.5 hours per week over 5 days and will cover weekends and bank holidays.
