We are recruiting for a Second Chef to join our team at Hoburne Park, a luxury Holiday Park in Christchurch Dorset. Within walking distance you'll find two beautiful sandy beaches, a gorgeous harbour for watersports and a charming quayside.

For this role we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Chef from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and inspire the team to deliver the highest level of food and service.

They will also require the following:

• A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
• Previous chef/kitchen experience
• Appropriate qualifications to 706 1/2 or equivalent
• A high level of inter-personal skills
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary £21,000 to £25,000 pa DOE

You will have 22 days holiday per year and a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits
