Reception Caravan Sales Team - Hoburne Bashley

Temporary contract, part-time (approximately £8 per hour)

Hoburne Bashley is a family friendly Holiday Park, located on the edge of the New Forest which has a varied selection of holiday homes. We are now recruiting for a Part-Time Caravan Sales Receptionist to join our Sales Team.  

The successful candidate will ideally have some reception experience, although this is not essential.  They will need to be well organised and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.  They should be customer focused and be able to provide the highest level of customer service at all times.

Main duties include:

  • Ensuring all Owners/Potential Owners are given a warm welcome on arrival
  • Provide Support to the Caravan Sales Team including basic Administrative duties
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times
  • Deal with any general enquiries relating to Holiday Home Ownership
  • Ensure Sales Reception facilities are kept in a clean safe condition and are open on time, telephones are answered promptly
  • Ensure brochure and marketing material displays are kept well stocked
  • Assist the Sales Administrator in their duties and carry out any other reasonable duties as required and directed by Management

This is a support role to our Caravan Sales Team and will be on a temporary contract to cover 3 to 4 days a week including weekends and staff holidays.
