The ideal candidate will be a bartender who’s not terrified to leave dispense, one who’s as comfortable waiting tables in the lounge as they are tending bar.
Charm, confidence and a sense of humour are essential - a strong grasp of English goes without saying.
The 200 cover restaurant, housed in a former Tramshed in the heart of Shoreditch, offers a menu of chicken and steak with wine and seasonal British cocktails to accompany.
