Chef de Partie - HIX Oyster and Fish House, Lyme Regis

HIX Restaurants are looking for talented, skilled and passionate individuals to work in a fast paced, vibrant and dynamic kitchen environment. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to work at HIX Oyster and Fish House.

This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, working with the best of British seasonal produce.

The successful candidate will be a team player with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for cooking with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.  We try to promote from within, so with other restaurants in the group there’s plenty of opportunity for progression.
