Full time and part time roles available. | £9.00 - £11 per hour

HIX Restaurants are looking for bright and passionate individuals to work in a fast paced, vibrant and dynamic environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to work at Tramshed.

This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, who has restaurants in London and Dorset, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.

Set within a former East End tram-generator building and featuring an installation by Damien Hirst, the menu is simple – seasonal starters to share followed by roast chicken or steak.

The right person will be a professional, customer-focussed bartender with strong drinks knowledge and attention to detail. 

Experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. You will be a creative, skilled and enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer service skills and able to cope in a demanding role.
