Chef de Partie

Our new restaurant launching in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel eating and drinking experience.

Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, with friendly and informal service in a landmark address.

Located on the ground floor we offer a fine casual all day destination, with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.

We will be serving a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, combined with traditional and international flavours creates a simple menu perfect for an everyday treat, casual lunch, business meeting or celebratory dinner.

With high quality produce and experience at great value, appealing to modern lifestyles and dietary needs we showcase a seasonal, low waste, local approach and a sustainable mindset.
