Wyld by Nature is an eco-concious exclusive bar and late night venue, ready to push boundries and exceed expectations of London nightlfe. With a beautiful blend of opulent high-end interiors mixed with an earthy Amazonian aesthetic, Wyld promises to be one of the most iconic venues in London – and that’s before even mentioning the party.


We have our conceptual bespoke bar and lounge, establishing the atmosphere of the venue and perfect for early designer cocktails into late night socializing. Then we move to the jungle! The club design suits a sultry Jungle inspired bar and lounge whilst featuring premiere elements from some of the world’s most prestigious nightclubs.


Operating Thursday – Sunday from 10.00 pm – 4.00 am, the venue will host weekly parties, made up with London’s leading influencers, socialites and celebrities.

 The hourly rate is £10 per hour with excellent benefits and career development

The role of Bartender will consist of the following responsibilities:


A Bartender within WYLD by nature  at the London Hilton on Park Lane is responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

As a Bartender, you are responsible for working in WYLD by nature  as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Bartender would also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Check bar set-ups against standard and on cleanliness
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
  • Must be able to carry trays or supplies
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Comply with local licensing laws
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Positive attitude
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards

                 Daily Bartender Duties:


  • Passionate about mixology, beverage, bartending and industry trends
  • Support the mixologist and management with menu development
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked ahead of the start of service
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared in line with the expected business requirements
  • Prepare all drink garnishes and keep the garnish station continuously stocked during the shift
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, always smile and never say no. When in doubt please ask the manager
  • Good communication skills; must be able to advise guests drink suggestions according to their taste and within their budget
  • Deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
  • Entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various beverages to keep customers engaged and enjoying themselves
  • Work closely together with the bar back(s) and advise him / her in a timely manner about any requirements for the bar

  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas at all times during service
  • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take payments in line with our payment policies and procedures Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships  Advise management on order levels required Assist management with stock control and stock take procedures

  • Know the menu offering
  • Be aware of our allergen procedures and be able to advise the guests accordingly

General rules:


  • Come presentable to work with a clean uniform and good grooming standards
  • Arrive always on time; if running late you must inform your direct manager
  • Don’t leave the bar without informing the rest of the bar team or a manager where you are going
  • No breaks during busy periods (usually between 12 and 3 am) and during other time without a manager’s permission
  • If a customer is waiting at the bar and you are not serving anyone, STOP what you are doing and serve them
  • Don’t leave bar tabs over £100 open, close immediately
  • You are responsible for your cash float
  • Don’t drink at the bar
  • Don’t get in any arguments with customers, for any issues call the manager.
  • Don’t ignore customers’ needs
  • Don’t offer complementary drinks without the authorization of manager / supervisor
  • Don’t use fire exits unless there is an emergency
  • If there is any issue inform the manager immediately
  • If there is a highly intoxicated or violent person inform the security, don’t deal with it personally
  • Don’t shout or be abusive with guests or member of staff
