Work Locations: Hilton Leeds City Hotel Neville Street Leeds LS1 4BXAre you looking for an opportunity to learn about hospitality and be a future leader in the business? Working across different departments of the hotel you will get an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry while we support with your personal training and development. As part of the Trainee Manager role we will offer you a personalised training programme along with a nationally recognised level hospitality 3 qualification. This role is 18 months long and on the successful completion you will be able to demonstrate the skills to be an assistant head of department within our business. When programme milestones are achieved you will receive a salary increase as a recognition of your hard work and achievement. Across the 18 month period there will be 3 salary increases. What will I be doing?

Working across all departments in the hotel to gain a strong working knowledge of the business operation. This will include Front of House, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc.
Working to drive and develop excellent guest experience across the hotel
Working to impact the guest experience delivered by the team members
Acting as a role model for the team and lead by example at all times
Working with the hotel leadership team to deliver business goals
Working to manage and support team members to ensure that everyone has a great experience at work

Someone who has hospitality or customer facing experience they can bring to the role
12 months of work experience in either hospitality or a customer facing environment
Someone who want to learn all departments and fully understand the hotel operation
Enthusiastic , adaptable and can show you are ready for the next challenge in your career
To be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to put our guests at the heart of everything we do
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet business needs
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
