Maintenance Person - Chudleigh

New opportunity not to be missed! Haulfryn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full time Maintenance Person to join our Finlake Holiday Park in Chudleigh, Devon. In return, we offer our Maintenance Person a competitive annual salary of £17,450.00-£17,550.00 (depending on experience) plus bonus and excellent benefits.

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to work within a team to ensure our accommodation and grounds are kept to the highest standard for our stunning Finlake Holiday Park in Chudleigh. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of activities focussing on maintaining our 350 luxury holiday homes internally and externally, this will include fencing and repairs, painting and decorating, carpentry, basic plumbing and assisting our contractors where required. Basic DIY skills are required and we can help with further training. You will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Our ideal Maintenance Person will have the following skills and experience:

- Hold a valid full UK driving licence

- Enjoy working outdoors

- Have varied skills to maintain standards: maintenance / grounds / decorating

- Be able to work on your own initiative

- Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner

- Have excellent customer service and people skills

- 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7. Able to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Covering any days of the week on a rota basis including weekends
