Our Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a fulltime Hot Tub Supervisor to join our growing team at our friendly holiday resort in Finlake.

What Will You Do 

  • Work as part of the housekeeping team across a range of lodges ensuring all external hot tubs and areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety levels
  • Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Maintaining rotas and covering holiday and time off for a team of Hot Tub maintenance staff
  • Ordering of chemicals and spare parts – to keep a healthy stock level
  • Receiving emails/ jobs from other departments and ensuring they are scheduled and actioned swiftly by the team.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure swift resolution of issues and clear communication for the whole team
  • Maintain timekeeping and personal records
  • Manage recruitment of new team members and ensure training and qualifications are kept in date
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems

 

What Will You Bring 

  • Pool plant or spa experience (basic water testing) desirable (However, full training can be provided if you’re prepared to put in the work.) but not essential
  • COSHH experience
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to move and use heavy equipment will be required.
  • Attention to detail – cleaning experience, we’re all about high standards
  • Experience with leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good office appropriate computer skills
  • Good written English
