What are the responsibilities of our Senior Food and Beverage Assistant?

- Report to the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisors

- Overseeing a team responsible for the daily front of house food and bar operation

- To be customer focused at all times, by being visable during service periods, approachable and quick to fullfil customer needs 

- Lead and motivate the team 

- Help to control the resources and make a profitable contribution to the park, as well as placing orders and stock control

 

Our ideal Senior Food and Beverage Assistant will have the following skills and experience:

- Outstanding customer service skills with strong organisational and interpersonal skills enabling you to integrate effectively as part of a close team and offer excellent customer service

- Relevant experience in the food industry

- Eye for quality standards

- Enthusiasm for working with customers

- Ability to make decisions and organise a team on shift

- Desire and proven ability of achieving targets

- Supervisory skills

Hours: 45 hours per week working a variety of shifts to include, weekends, evening and bank holidays.Position available for an immediate start.
