The Haulfryn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a full time telesales executive to join our prestigious and exclusive Holiday Resort & Spa at Finlake near Exeter, Devon . Finlake is our Flagship Resort with a customer base that expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional telesales executive to join our team.

Job Purpose:

To inspire and welcome potential new members in to our Spa, achieving sales targets individually and as a team, while enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate accurate information to prospective customers regarding the Spa facilities, prices and terms and conditions, in a timely manner to achieve set sales targets.
  • To be professional at all times and to operate with integrity ensuring all ways of working, brand standards and policies are fully understood and adhered too.
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the Spa team
  • Proactively follow up leads generated to convert into appointments or members
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted activity
  • To become an expert of your Spa & Leisure facilities, events and promotions.
  • Self-motivated team player, committed to demonstrating a positive attitude.
  • To be flexible to work a variety of shifts to accommodate the business requirements.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve individual appt/sales targets, team targets and company targets.
  • Participate in a weekly one-to-one with the Spa Manager.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Challenger is maintained at all times through Mystery Shops, and assessments.
  • Contribution to the overall Spa performance.
  • Achieving compliance against all company audits.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Genuine passion when engaging with colleagues, prospects and members.
  • Experience of working within a team environment.
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role
  • Computer literate
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Self-Motivated with excellent planning, organisational and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to be an enthusiastic team player as well as having drive and determination to exceed personal targets and aspire for club growth.
  • Thirst for knowledge and genuine passion to share experiences, insight and best practise with all those around you.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
