The Warren holiday resort is our flagship park and we are looking for motivated, customer focused and professional Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapists to join our team.

As a Beauty Therapist, your role is to practice all treatments to a high standard whilst maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will promote a positive and professional image by creating the right ambience and customer service conducive with a wellness and beauty salon.

Job Summary

To provide a range of treatments to all clientele ensuring they are met in a professional, timely and efficient manner. The therapist must maintain a professional standard at all times.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following: 

A Diploma/NVQ level 2 & 3 or equivalent Excellent communication skill and caring personality Passion and drive for helping clients achieve their desired results Excellent customer service skills An ability to work within a team and build relationships An eye for quality standards and safety DBS check to be completed prior to employment commencement

       Main Duties & Responsibilities

•  Carry out treatments to the highest of standards
Attend and contribute in monthly Spa meetings Attend Health & Safety meetings as required Maintain data integrity of any electronic stock control systems, point of sale, Spa scheduling and Spa systems. Ensure that all Spa equipment is in good working order To attend any internal or external training organised on your behalf To accurately record treatment and retail records for commission Ensure that key controls & security measures are in effect Ensure that all spa supplies are efficiently requisitioned from storage and that  monthly stock takes are taken Proactively support the Health and Safety Policy of business in conjunction with the Health and Safety work act Always use the correct cleaning materials and in the correct manner as laid down by (COSHH) Regulations 1988 and maintain your department COSHH register Ensure safe working practices are adhered to at all times To help with duties such as pool test and general housekeeping tasks To be able to work shifts with maximum flexibility as and when necessary
