Maintenance & Grounds Person - Westwood & Glendene Park

Haulfryn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance & Grounds person to join the Park Manager at Westwood & Glendene Park.  In return we will offer the Maintenance & Grounds person a competitive salary of £17,500 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

We are seeking a Maintenance & Grounds Person to work with a small team to maintain our three stunning parks based in Dorset & Hampshire, although the candidate will be based primarily at Westwood & Glendene Park in New Milton Hampshire, you will also be required to work on our other two parks located in Ringwood & Verwood. The successful candidate will be experienced in grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting and general repairs including painting and decorating.  You will report to the Park Manager.

Our Ideal Maintenance and Grounds Person will have the following skills and experience:

- Hold a valid full UK driving licence

- Enjoy working outdoors

- Have varied skills to maintain standards: maintenance / grounds / decorating

- Be able to work on your own initiative

- Awareness of Health & Safety legislation and working in a safe manner

- Able to work Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Attendance to occassional call outs out of standard office hours required

- Have excellent customer service and people skills
