Sous Chef - Hatton Court Hotel, Gloucester
We require a talented Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in the further development of the food operation at this busy 4 Star 1 Rosette Cotswold hotel.
- Assist and deputise for the Head Chef, maintaining food quality, standards and discipline.
- Assist the Head Chef with menu development.
- Have an understanding of managing food costs and maintaining GP’s.
- Have experience in hotel or large restaurant kitchens with recognised food awards.
- Have experience of banqueting to a minimum of 100 covers.
- Be either a senior CDP looking for first Sous position or an experienced Sous Chef in a smaller hotel
