Head Chef - Hatton Court Hotel, Gloucester

Hatton Court Hotel in Gloucester is looking to recruit a new Head Chef to manage all aspects of our hotel kitchen and lead the team in providing outstanding food to our customers. 
The need is for an experienced Head Chef to run day to day kitchen operations. The hotel restaurant, The Tara serves a fantastic fresh food menu and quality is key and a huge event business that specialises in weddings and corporate dinners. 
The ideal candidate will come from a high volume, high quality fresh food premium restaurant, with relevant experience as a Head Chef. Quality background is a must alongside strong kitchen management in costs and HACCP. 

  • Great trainer who takes a hands on role in all aspects of the kitchen
  • Inspirational leader, with strong and composed management style
  • Skill in stock and labour control – an acute eye for cost control is a must throughout the kitchen
  • Obsessed with delivering consistently excellent food
  • This is not a first time Head Chef position
  • Most Important of all, a passion and flair with food.
