Having started with Harry Ramsden’s in 2008 I have progressed from being Deputy General Manager of the Flagship unit to taking the helm of the store as General Manager and helping with the transformation of the store into what it is now (Best Restaurant / Bistro in Bournemouth 2013). From General Manager I moved into a regional training role enforcing Brand Standards and am now an Operations Manager for the Southern Region.
Winning The ‘Best Restaurant / Bistro in Bournemouth 2013’ as this encapsulated all of the time and effort that was given by a team of great people, both Management and Crew which resulted in this huge achievement.
Focusing on improving on last year’s achievements and helping to develop the people we have within our business as they are the key to the success of Harry Ramsden’s.
Assistant Manager Eastbourne
I started my career with Harrys in March 2013 in a flag ship in Bournemouth as a coach working as a part of team. After a year I have been offered promotion to Assistant Manager for Eastbourne branch working along side with brand new team in soon to be refurbished store!
It's hard to pick one as it's so many of them but for me the best day is the day when you almost feel like working with friends and family having a good time achieving something great then just doing a daily work routine.
I am in middle of moving my whole life from one location to another to start something new and exciting with people who believe in me.
