Permanent, average of 40 hours per week
Salary: circa £21,000 per year
Harrow School Enterprises Limited (HSEL) is responsible for the operation of Harrow School Fitness Club, including state-of-the art performance and fitness suites, a 25m pool and a four-court sports hall. In addition, the club manages external sports facilities hire, including the athletics track, cricket nets and Astroturf pitches.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the on-shift operation of the club, under the direction of the Deputy Sports Facilities Manager. This role will encompass supervision of the facilities during both School and public use. Some weekend work will be required.
This role will suit a candidate with a minimum of one year’s experience of working in the leisure industry and a current NPLQ, although the latter is not essential. The position would be ideal for someone looking to move into their first supervisory role in the leisure industry and who would enjoy being part of the life of our vibrant and historic School.
