We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the crew at the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel and Spa.

Sidmouth Harbour Hotel, located on the Jurassic coast, has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme that has seen the introduction of 22 new courtyard bedrooms, total refurbishment of the existing bedrooms, a brand new 120-seat restaurant and bar lounge, private dining facilities, a private function room, fantastic new Spa facilities and indoor swimming pool.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Jetty restaurant team. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years’ restaurant experience at supervisory and above, together with excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to help train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
