We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join the Team

This 85 bedroom yacht-inspired hotel features an indulgent spa, award-winning Jetty restaurant concept and buzzing HarBar on the 6^th, all with views overlooking the harbour.  Awarded its 5 star status in 2018, Southampton Harbour hotel and spa has become our flagship property bringing the ultimate in luxury to the city.

. As Spa Receptionist your duties will include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, show rounds and general day to day spa reception duties. You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
