We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the crew at the Fowey Hotel, Cornwall.

Harbour Hotel’s newest member of the group, tucked away on the picturesque south coast of Cornwall you will find the elegant 37 bedroom Fowey Hotel, Cornwall’s hidden treasure.  Offering breath taking views, exquisite service and fine dining in the 2 AA rosette Spinnakers Restaurant, this 4* star boutique hotel is one of Cornwall’s finest.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team in the day to day running of the restaurant operation. As Restaurant Manager you will be an experienced manager with excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential
