We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at the Brighton Harbour Hotel

With an unrivalled location on the iconic seafront and just moments from the bustling Lanes, our Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa is the hottest new destination in buzzy Brighton. This 79 bedroom hotel features a luxurious Spa, award winning Jetty restaurant and the exciting new HarBAR, Brighton’s ultimate destination cocktail bar.

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional food and a first class guest experience in a hotel that offers contemporary dining with an á la carte’ menu. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.

With a focus on training and development, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to enhance individual skills and knowledge and to be part of a team of leading professionals within a growing hospitality brand.
