We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie, to join Chilston Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels

Chilston Park Hotel is a 17th century manor, 4 Red Star Hotel, a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and a Health Club & Spa. With 53 individual character bedrooms. It is a popular leisure stay, afternoon tea and wedding venue set in 40 acres of parkland in the heart of Kent.

About you:

• You’ll have previous experience in a similar environment and role
• You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice
• Your knowledge of food and technical skills will be outstanding
• You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Most of all, you’ll have an approachable, positive and proactive manner
