We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef, to join us at Fermain Valley Hotel, situated on the beautiful Island of Guernsey. This role will suit a strong Sous Chef with Pastry experience looking for their next challenge, or an experienced Pastry Chef with good knowledge of other areas of the kitchen.

About you:

• It is essential you have excellent culinary and technical skills of a 2 rosette and above standard.
• You are able to work in a fast paced environment with precision and attention to detail.
• Have previous experience of creating menus and concepts of a very high standard at a Sous Chef level or above.
• You will be an excellent communicator and leader who can coach and inspire others.
