Night Porter - Casual Hours Available - Rookery Hall Hotel, Nantwich 

We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team to help cover a couple of shifts a week on busy evenings or when members of our team are on holiday. 

As a Night Porter you will work alongside another member of our team between the hours of 10.45pm and 7.15am, supporting with security walk rounds of the property, cleaning to help ensure our Hotel is presentable and COVID safe, bar work and room service, reception work, answering the phones and ultimately helping to ensure our Hotel and guests are safe and looked after throughout the night.

• £14.50 per hour, plus a share of service charge

About you:

• You’ll enjoy working nights and will ideally have experience of working these hours
• You’ll be someone who remains calm under pressure and is able to take any challenges in your stride
• You’ll enjoy making guests feel welcome and at home, and will develop a thorough knowledge of our of hotel products and services
• You’ll ideally have previous experience working in hotels or in a Night Porter role, but this is not essential
• You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with people
• You’ll take pride in your appearance, as the face of Hand Picked Hotels
• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner
