We are currently recruiting for a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie at St. Pierre Park Resort in Guernsey, part of Hand Picked Hotels 

St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa is a 4 Star Hotel with 131 bedrooms within easy reach of the beach so you can enjoy the stunning scenery when you’re off shift

About you:

• You’ll have previous experience in a similar environment and role
• You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice
• Your knowledge of food and technical  pastry skills will be outstanding
• You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Most of all, you’ll have an approachable, positive and proactive manner
