Fitness Instructor - Part Time - Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa

We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our Health Club team at Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa. 

You’ll help our members smash their health goals whether you’re delivering one-to-one or group training sessions. As well as the customer-facing side of things, you’ll also be shown how to keep our equipment and swimming pool safe and in tip top condition.

We have a part time position available, working 2 days a week to include a mixture of shifts, earlies from 6am, lates until 10pm and weekends on a rota basis. 

This role will involve a combination of fitness duties such as Gym inductions and covering group fitness classes in our Functional Training Zone, helping to keep our facilities and changing rooms clean and in good working order, as well covering the reception desk and helping to welcome our members.

About you:

• You’ll have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent fitness qualification, and ideally have recent experience in a similar role
• You will be full of enthusiasm and love talking to people (regardless of whether it’s a morning or evening shift!)
• You’ll enjoy motivating others and feel confident acting as an expert to give suitable advice on health and fitness that will match peoples individual goals and aspirations
• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and positive approach
