Director of Revenue – Hand Picked Hotels

Established by Guy and Julia Hands in 1999, Hand Picked hotels has grown organically and through acquisition to become the 5th largest luxury hotel group in the UK – comprising 22 hotels across the UK and Channel Islands.  With strong shareholder support, the business has embarked on an ambitious investment program to refresh the estate and customer experience to define a new standard of country house stay in 2023.

To support the investment program, Hand Picked Hotels is seeking an ambitious Director of Revenue with strong experience developing commercially successful revenue strategies and positioning luxury businesses within a competitive landscape.  This role is an important hire and the successful candidate , in addition to leading the revenue team, will play a key role working with the Commercial, Marketing and Transformation Directors to shape the business strategy both today and for the future.

Key Accountabilities of the Director of Revenue

As the Director of Revenue you’ll report to the Commercial Director focusing on;

• Developing and executing strategies to maximise Hand Picked Hotel’s rooms revenue and profit
• To analyse performance and trade the room stock to drive rooms revenue and profit
• Leading the revenue management team to deliver the revenue strategy and budget

Director of Revenue is a full time role which will be based at our office in Sevenoaks, Kent at least two days a week, with further travel to our Hotels as required.
