HR Manager – L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, Jersey

(32 – 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days)

About the role:

This HR Manager role is live out. We are looking for someone to work between 32 – 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days – Monday to Friday.  There is therefore some flexibility over working patterns.

As the HR Manager, you will support to ensure our team members feel engaged and valued, with the skills to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will coach and develop the management team in all people related matters. With management responsibility for an HR Officer, you will ensure all administration requirement are maintained and also directly oversee the management of the employee accommodation provision.

About you;

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Officer/ Management level role.
• Hospitality experience, a CIPD level 5 or other HR related qualification are desirable.
• A good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and previous experience of working with an HRIS is desirable.
• You will be exceptionally organised and able to prioritise and juggle a busy workload and multiple areas of responsibility.
• You have excellent communication skills, strong influencing abilities and will understand the importance of treating everyone as an individual.
