Deputy General Manager

Deputy General Manager - New Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

New Hall Hotel & Spa are recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to join the Hand Picked Hotels team.

As the Deputy General Manager you will seamlessly deputise for the General Manager and assist with the smooth day to day running of all Hotel operations.  

The Deputy General Manager will be an innovative individual with excellent leadership skills and a well-rounded knowledge of managing all hotel operations. A strong Food & Beverage background is preferable. 

To meet the challenge of this role you will have:

• 2 years’ experience working at Hotel Operations Manager level or above
• Strong Food & Beverage background to include weddings, volume and multi outlet experience
• Strong people management skills and will be someone who enjoys inspiring, developing and motivating a team
• Experience of planning, developing and implementing new initiatives
• Up to date knowledge of statutory obligations
• A proven track record in exceptional service delivery and achieving goals and objectives
• Proficient in hotel software
