We are looking for an attentive and charming Restaurant Manager to join our Hand Picked team at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa in Daventry. If you are an experienced restaurant professional looking for your next challenge, this could be the role for you!

You are the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate a team to do the same. Your knowledge of food and drink will inspire others and you will enjoy sharing your knowledge through regular training and development.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the team overseeing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, bar and room service and dinner - ensuring our guests enjoy every meal will put a smile on your face and motivate you on a daily basis.

About you:

• You’ll have previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant (ideally with rosette accolades) and within a Hotel environment
• You will have experience managing teams and will enjoy motivating others to be their best
• You’ll be motivated by delivering outstanding service
• You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced, busy environment
• You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with colleagues and guests
• Most of all, you’ll have a professional, organised and friendly approach

Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4 Red Star Hotel with 60 bedrooms. The Cedar Restaurant has 2 AA Rosettes and our stunning Health Club & Spa is currently undergoing development and will be ready to reopen again soon.
