We are seeking a highly organized and capable operator to join our team. The purpose of the role is to operate the water purification plant and recycling centre to set standards.

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Support team to achieve Quality, Cost, Speed, and Team targets for the WPP
• Monitor and report on Water Purification Plant performance
• Ensuring that appropriate resources are applied to plant breakdowns to achieve swift resolution and minimize downtime & drive production performance
• Self starting and providing direction to wider team
• Encourage safety best practice to ensure a safe place to work
• Ensure all legislative standards are met and adhered to

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Basic food hygiene qualification
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong time management
• Able to multi task and perform under pressure

THE FOLLOWING IS A MAJOR ADVANTAGE:

• Working knowledge of waste management
• Working knowledge of EA, BRC, HACCP, and PUWER regulations
• Previous experience in a similar production\processing environment
