Gymfinity Kids is an exciting and growing gymnastics, ninja and activities centre.

 

We help kids develop the skills to cope with new challenges, socialise with others, and improve coordination skills by providing a high standard of coaching, a wide range of classes, and a state of the art environment that is fun for all levels and abilities.

 

Gymfinity Kids are opening a site in Cambridge! We are now seeking a Club Manager to lead in the introduction and shaping of a new team, managing and developing the club, ensuring the reputation and brand remain outstanding and compliant with all legal requirements, including H&S and Employment.

 

As the Club Manager you will take the lead on shaping and guiding the coaching team, club membership, customer experience and be at the forefront of the club’s growth. Your role will work closely with the Assistant Manager to meet Health and Safety standards, club development and oversee and direct class delivery ensuring this exceeds expectation.

 

You will be responsible for developing and managing staff rota’s, training and mentoring plans, creating an environment where all employees enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole.

 

You will lead on building and delivering monthly sales and marketing plans, customer relationship management and member retention, ensuring members, both child and parent, have an enjoyable and progressive time, addressing any concerns early on.

 

You will manage the club within budget constraints and be set monthly KPI targets to work towards with the team, adding value though introducing new ideas and efficiency improvements.

 

Previous management experience within a fitness/ child centred environment is required.

 

You will be someone who can motivate and inspire others, you will have exceptional organisation, flexibility and leadership skills, with the willingness to get stuck in. You will be required to complete a gymnastics and ninja training course to enable you to support the team and club. Knowledge or experience within gymnastics or Parkour is advantageous but not essential.

 

Evening and weekend work will be required as part of a regular shift pattern.
