About the Pub

This opportunity would suit an experienced assistant manager who is wishing to progress with one of the leading pub retailers in the country. The ideal applicant will have ambitions to become a General Manager within 18 - 24 months.

Previous experience of leading a team is essential, ideally in the hospitality industry and in mixed food-liquor site with at least one years experience at supervisor or assistant manager level.

You will need to be energetic, with fantastic people skills and a personable style. You will have the ability to work well as part of a team and develop rapport with customers. A passion for customer service and delivering high standards is vital.
