We are currently looking for Breakfast Waiter’s at Grantley Hall.

The shift patterns is 6.30am to 2pm (5 days out of 7) or 6.30am to 1pm (6 Days out of 7)

About You

• Have held a similar role within a high-level hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Enthusiastic, quick thinking and welcoming personality.
• Outstanding personal presentation and grooming.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• To be fully knowledgeable about the breakfast menus
• Help prepare the restaurant to the highest standards, ensuring everything in place is correct, carrying our daily schedules.
• Ensure you always uphold the reputation of the restaurant.
• To help organise and assist all preparation needed prior to service.
• Responsible for delivering breakfast to our hotel guests.
• Will also be responsible for breakfast in room dining.
