Grange Hotels, a private collection of luxury hotels primarily located in the heart of the world's most exciting city – London.

We are now looking to recruit Commis hef to join our team.The ideal candidates should be polite, friendly, with good customer service skills and have previous experience in similar role and have a passion to make a career within the hospitality industry. Successful candidate needs to be ready to work for 6 days / week = 45 hrs /week.

General Functions:

• To contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen and assist in the preparation of food to the highest standard.
• To train in different aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation, maintaining cleanliness, timeliness of service, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure that all meals are served in a timely and professional manner.
