At Goodman, you will be with family and we are now looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join us at Goodman Mayfair.

Our ideal Sous Chef is:

-        a demonstrated leader with a positive work attitude and excellent people skills

-        highly experienced and confident working with the finest-quality ingredients in a busy kitchen-setting

-        extremely passionate about consistently delivering the best product to our guests

-        able to motivate, nurture and coach their colleagues

-        knowledgeable and compliant with Food Safety regulations and practices

-        able to support the Head Chef in controlling costs and achieving objectives

What we offer:

-        Salary: OTE £40k per year (including service charge – based on 45 hours p/week).

Please note:

-        Due to the location of our restaurant, you will be required to work on a shift basis divided between daytimes, evenings and weekends.
