Big Mamma is a group of Italian restaurants founded in 2015 in Paris. With more than 9,000 customers per day, unique and iconic places, authentic cuisine, 100% homemade with products imported directly from Italy.

In London we have three trattorias, Gloria, Circolo Popolare and Ave Mario.

We are looking for  Demi Pasty Chefs for Gloria - Our beautiful restaurant in Shoreditch!

We are looking for fans of traditional Italian cuisine, with a desire to realise their professional project and be part of a large brigade. Our restaurants serve between 500 and more than 1000 customers per day.

Homemade pasta, San Daniele ham, mozzarella di Bufala from Campania, artisan ice cream: we only serve authentic products of the Italian tradition, purchased directly from suppliers selected by us in Italy and transformed into delicious courses by the expert hands of our Chefs.

The qualities of our best candidate:

• Dynamic

• At least 1 year of experience in the Pastry required.
• Knowledge of Italian language would be a plus
• Right to work in the UK
