In London we have three trattorias, Gloria and Circolo Popolare, and Ave Mario!

We are looking for Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chefs for Gloria in Shoreditch, London.

We are looking for the master of the Neapolitan pizza, the experts in the best dough, who are in love with Italian cuisine and have a great desire to become part of a big brigade.

Our restaurants serve between 500 and more than 1000 customers per day. Homemade pasta, San Daniele ham, mozzarella di Bufala from Campania, artisan ice cream: we only serve authentic products of the Italian tradition, purchased directly from producers selected by us in Italy and transformed into delicious courses in our kitchen. 

The qualities of our best candidates:

• At least 1 year of experience in pizzeria required
• Knowledge of Italian language would be a plus
• Right to work in the UK
