Many of our centres are in culturally diverse locations and we run female-only swim sessions to accommodate the needs of the communities in the area.

As a Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) your day will be extremely organised and planned out from the start. You'll have set times on poolside to provide safety. A willingness to learn will benefit you as you'll have the chance to gain new skills and qualifications. You'll receive regular ongoing training that will help you to be the best, and you'll truly get out what you put in. Dedication, hard work and passion will see you go far in this role with career progression opportunities there for the taking.
