Based: Rugby- The Queens Diamond Jubilee Centre up to 20134.25 per annum 

 

39 hours per week

 

The Queens's Diamond Jubilee Centre, Rugby is now recruiting strong swimmers with a friendly, professional and hard-working outlook to be Lifeguards.

If you've never been a Lifeguard before, don't worry we may be able to help facilitate you taking the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course - find out more when you apply. The course - 1st August -6th August 2022 , based at The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre, Rugby.

Applicants must be able to attend all dates to meet the eligibility criteria.

As a Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) your day will be extremely organised and planned out from the start. You'll have set times on poolside to provide safety. When you're not poolside you have the opportunity to work with the rest of your team, so you'll need to be a real team player. You'll be a key support to your team on a daily basis from preparing the sports hall for various sports and events to the general cleaning and maintenance of the centre - there's always something to do. Delivering excellent customer service is also an important part of this role, so you'll need to be a real people person with great communication skills.

A willingness to learn will benefit you as you'll have the chance to gain new skills and qualifications. You'll receive regular ongoing training that will help you to be the best, and you'll truly get out what you put in. Dedication, hard work and passion will see you go far in this role with career progression opportunities there for the taking.
