GLL is looking for a Facilities Supervisor based at Lambeth Parks Sports Facilities in Kennington, South London to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, upkeep and safety of the premises and its contents. The site includes over 60 parks, commons and green spaces all offering a wide variety of sporting facilities including: natural turf pitches for football and cricket, all weather (3rd generation) astro pitches, sand filled astro for football and hockey, redgra pitches for football, hard courts for tennis, basketball and netball plus multi use game areas for multi sports.

This responsible role will need you to be a real all-rounder and you'll have proven experience of supervising and managing staff and contractors as well as being able to work alone. With a good eye for detail and understanding of health and safety regulations, you'll see that all contractual specifications are met and that anything that needs rectifying is fixed quickly within ACoP standards.

Good communication and computer literacy are a must in this role as you'll need to provide audits and reports including PPM schedules and LCM programmes, whilst being able to work closely with GLL's Facilities Manager. You should be used to managing projects and large budgets as well as creating and implementing improvements to help us to deliver an outstanding service.
