Genting Casinos is committed to providing training and development for our people in order to help them achieve their full potential within our company. We actively promote learning and improvement and are committed to providing training and qualifications for our people.
We aim to support all employees and accommodate relevant training and development opportunities to assist people obtain the necessary skills, knowledge and motivation to perform their jobs effectively. This can take the form of our internal Management Development programs, running gaming training schools, offering an Apprenticeship, or supporting a related professional qualification.
There are a number of ways we endeavour to fulfil this aim; our Genting Academy provides our employees with a clear career pathway enabling progression where opportunities arise. Our eLearning platform ‘Genting Academy Online’ launched in 2012 and has since seen our courses taken over 23,000 times! So far we have developed 13 online courses with more developments in the pipeline.
