Genting Casinos UK are looking for a Product Development Administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time basis working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all general administrative duties for the Product Development team including but not limited to; compiling reports, answering telephone enquiries, dealing with invoices and investigating refunds/shortfalls with suppliers. An initial training period will be conducted face-to-face at our Birmingham offices, after which there will be an opportunity to discuss flexible working options that fit in with the department and wider business needs.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Compiling accurate Accounts for the Product Development department and ensuring all documentation is sent to the Accounts department in a timely manner
- Responding to requests to expand current Validated List with more information and to ensure accuracy of lists at all times
- Issue, maintain and control asset number system for all electronic Gaming Equipment ensuring accuracy at all times
- General office administration
- Raise purchase orders
- Keeping records of all invoices and contracts relating to departments projects, updated and assist Accounts with these issues
- To ensure compliance with the legislation and Company procedures for the management of Health and Safety issues in the workplace and in public areas
- Maintain and expand equipment schedule
Personal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of contact and in a wide variety of situations
- Computer literate on all of the Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Proactive, and has the ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Has the ability to work on own initiative and recognises when to escalate issues
- Proactive, and has the ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
