Beverage Stock Controller - Piccadilly, London
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Gaucho is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Beverage Stock Controller to join our Gaucho Piccadilly team! The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor or previous stock controller, with knowledge in wine, cocktails and spirits.

Key responsibilities of the Beverage Stock controller:
- Maintaining the stock levels according to business levels ensuring no menu items are out of stock as well as avoiding excessive holding stock.
- Liaising with the Head Bartender to place orders.
- Controlling/receiving all goods are delivered in the right number and state.
- Completing two weekly line checks as well as all full stock takes.
- To ensure all the documents are properly reconsolidated (Invoices, Goods received note, Credit notes)
- To ensure all the bars & wine walls are fully stocked for service.
- To ensure the cellars and stock rooms are properly organized.
- To ensure that all the site transfers are processed on the system correctly.
- Maintaining the glass stock levels according to business levels ensuring all beverage is served according to Gaucho standards.
- Ordering and keeping track of bar tools to ensure the bar cycle of service can be followed and the drinks are served according to Gaucho standards.
