Gaucho are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our new opening in Newcastle upon Tyne! As a senior Chef de Partie you will have experience managing a section and working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment. In Gaucho we expect our Senior Chef de Partie to deliver dishes following a spec, and have a genuine passion for cooking.

Gaucho is an established restaurant group with a love of Argentina. Our beef is completely Argentinian and everything we make is made in house. We use the freshest ingredients to compliment arguably the best beef in the world and bespoke wines to go with it. Requirements for Gaucho  Senior Chef de Partie

• Have worked in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Will have a passion for fresh produce
• Be able to run a section and manage a small team
• Be organised and able to communicate effectively with a team.
